Offers & Promotions — Terms and Conditions
This page sets out the terms and conditions that apply to all promotional offers made by Ocean Reef Pools Mackay & Whitsundays ("Ocean Reef Pools", "we", "us", "our"). By taking up any offer, you agree to be bound by both the general terms below and the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

General Promotional Terms
The following terms apply to all offers and promotions run by Ocean Reef Pools unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
1. Who can participate Offers are available to residential customers located within the Ocean Reef Pools service area (Mackay, Moranbah, Whitsundays and surrounding regions) unless otherwise specified. Offers are not available to commercial customers, existing Ocean Reef Pools contract holders, or employees and associates of Ocean Reef Pools or the Moggy's Group.
2. One offer per project Only one promotional offer may be applied to any single pool project. Offers cannot be combined, stacked or used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or incentive unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
3. How offers are applied All promotional savings and inclusions are applied at the time of quoting and reflected in the customer's written project contract. Discounts are not paid as cash, credit or gift vouchers and cannot be transferred to another person, project or future contract.
4. Contract requirement All offers require a valid signed project contract between the customer and Ocean Reef Pools to be executed on or before the offer expiry date. A verbal agreement, deposit payment, quote acceptance or expression of interest does not constitute a signed contract for the purposes of any offer.
5. Quote validity Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document. If an offer is applied to a quote, the offer saving is only guaranteed for the duration of that quote's validity period. After expiry, Ocean Reef Pools reserves the right to requote at standard pricing.
6. Availability All offers are available while promotional capacity lasts. Ocean Reef Pools reserves the right to withdraw, modify or extend any offer at any time prior to contract execution without notice. Changes to an offer will not affect contracts already validly signed under that offer.
7. Scheduling Acceptance of any offer does not guarantee a specific installation start date, completion date or position in the installation schedule. Scheduling is subject to council approval timeframes, site conditions, supplier lead times, weather and crew availability. Ocean Reef Pools will work with the customer to schedule the installation as soon as reasonably practicable following contract execution and council approval.
8. Cooling-off rights Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes any cooling-off rights the customer may have under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 or other applicable legislation.
9. Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Disputes Any disputes relating to an offer or these terms should be directed to Ocean Reef Pools in the first instance. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Current Offers
Spring Sale 2026 — Up to $10,000 Off Your Pool Project
Offer period: 1 September 2026 – 30 September 2026
The offer Ocean Reef Pools is offering a saving of up to $10,000 off the total pool project package price for eligible customers who sign a valid project contract on or before 30 September 2026. The discount is determined by a base discount of 5% off your project which the exact amount will be confirmed in writing on the customer's quote.
Eligibility To qualify for this offer the customer must:
- Receive a written quote from Ocean Reef Pools during the offer period
- Sign a valid project contract with Ocean Reef Pools on or before 30 September 2026
- Be a residential customer within the Ocean Reef Pools service area
What the saving applies to The saving is applied to the total selected pool project package price as quoted including the pool shell, excavation, installation, bond beam, coping tiles, concrete surrounds and pool fencing where included. The saving does not apply to extras, upgrades or variations added after the contract has been signed.
Saving amount The saving is up to $10,000 and will be confirmed in writing on the customer's quote. The exact amount is determined at the time of quoting based on the total project package value. This discount is determined by a base discount of 5% off your project. Maximum discount of $10,000 applies to eligible large-scale projects
Important conditions
- Offer ends strictly 30 September 2026 — no extensions will be granted
- Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount
- Applies to new residential contracts only
- Saving is not redeemable for cash or transferable
